Condition: Camera is listed for parts or repair because when I try to turn camera on, it turns on for just a moment and the lens partially extends, but then camera immediately shuts off and lens retracts. I tried it with a fully charged battery but I only have one battery to test it, so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the battery or an issue with the camera itself.
